Dairy Cattle Health Recommendations

This is a list of the basic herd health program recommendations that should be used as a basis for your dairy herd health program. Specific fare problems may require additional specific vaccinations. For example, a calf scour vaccine like Scourguard 3K may be included in your specific program if your calves are having scouring problems from birth to 1 month of age. There are also mastitis vaccines that may be of benefit for your particular herd problem. Please check with one of our veterinarians for a specific program for your farm.
